Felt roof repairs / Flat roof Repairs
Here we had rotten timbers in the corner on a flat roof. Cut out all of the rot and replaced.
| Then with new roof board and cant rail finished off with new felt & lead and painted the cil.

Staircase Refurbishment
Adding a new bottom step to an existing staircase,newel post cut from planed 4"x4" pine.
| Handrail and spindles went in next, then it was the edging up the side and then painted.

Solid Oak Flooring, Floor fitting
Oak Flooring being fitted, using a foam underlay with a sticky side so the flooring is held in place.

Basic Fire Wall Installation
Here i had to put a firewall in the loft space between two houses. As you can see in the pictures, i used a 2x2 timber frame and then clad it with 25mm(2x12.5mm)
plasterboard. Once its all of the boarding is up and cut in neatly from joists to rafters it will give 30mins fire break.

Door Step / Sill / Window Cill / Repair / Replacement
We had to replace a Mahogany doorstep on a sliding patio door, it was a complete cill under fixed window panel
as well as sliding door. The original Sill had totally rotted, most of it fell apart as we touched it so the removal of
without issue.
We had machined the New Mahogany Cill, but put in the grooves for the door runner and rain drip while on site.
Once the the new cill was in place it was fixed to the frame and window panel just as the original one had been.

Loft Conversion / Roof re-build
The four sided pitched roof was changed to a two sided pitch with
gable ends, changing from a single bedroom in the loft to
3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
Befor conversion work started.
